Since the formation of Facade Hoists over 30 years ago the company has provided maintenance of its equipment following on from the installation.
In recent times we have expanded our maintenance and service department. We currently provide service contracts to over 200 UK projects for access systems from all manufacturers.
Our dedicated maintenance management team can quote and provide service packages to meet all customer needs:

- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Repairs
- Breakdown and Standby Services
- Fully Comprehensive (assisting Insurance Inspectors for LOLER 1998)
Facade Hoists both manufactures and installs permanent access equipment and our team of engineers carry out both the installation and servicing. We believe we can offer unrivalled knowledge and competence in installation and maintenance.
We have an excellent health and safety record and our engineers can demonstrate a competent level of skills.
We run minimum of two person teams of technicians who are equipped and trained in installation and servicing of window cleaning hoists, suspended access equipment, gantries, safety lines and eyebolts. Our teams are safety trained and employed directly by Facade Hoists.
